In the late 1970s, Mark Patterson entered the roofing industry with nothing but determination, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right. He built his reputation one roof at a time, earning the trust of homeowners through honest work and dependable service.
In 1990, Mark turned that reputation into something greater — founding Action Roofing. What started as one man's dedication quickly became a company known for integrity, quality craftsmanship, and standing behind every job. For Mark, roofing was never just about shingles and nails; it was about protecting families, homes, and futures.
In 2003, Mark's son, Justin Bell, followed in his footsteps and entered the roofing industry himself. Working alongside his father, Justin learned not only the technical skills of the trade but also the values that built Action Roofing — honesty, accountability, and pride in every project.
In 2024, Mark proudly passed Action Roofing on to Justin, marking the continuation of a true family legacy. Today, Justin leads the company with the same principles it was founded on, ensuring that every customer receives the same level of care, professionalism, and quality that has defined Action Roofing for over 35 years.
