1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Action Roofing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Action Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to: roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage restoration, roof inspections, gutter services, and emergency roofing services. All services are provided in accordance with applicable Utah building codes and manufacturer specifications.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
• Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work
• Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding
• Payment terms will be outlined in the signed contract for each project

4. Warranties

Action Roofing provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. As an IKO certified contractor, we can offer enhanced manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years on qualifying installations.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of nature (storms, hail, wind, falling objects)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by others
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to maintain proper ventilation or drainage

5. Insurance Claims

When assisting with insurance claims, Action Roofing acts as your roofing contractor — not as your insurance representative. We provide documentation and meet with adjusters, but the final claim decision rests with your insurance company. We cannot guarantee claim approval or specific coverage amounts.

6. Scheduling and Access

Roofing projects are weather-dependent. Scheduled dates may change due to weather conditions. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of contracted work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Action Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Action Roofing and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with Utah law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
